Why Atypical?

We at ATYPICAL TITLE, LLC opened our doors with the mind set that something different could come from a real estate land title company.

How you ask?

First and foremost, we put the focus back on  the borrower…you remember them, right? They are the ones that actually PAY US! We believe that if we take care of them, they will take care of us by referring more borrowers your way and our way. Because lets face it, your title company is the last defense you have between a great closing that will generate you referrals or a horrible closing that will make you look like dirt.  Do you really want to chance that on a title company that doesn’t have that mind set? We wouldn’t either.

We actually have fun and like what we do!

We know it sounds ironic that you can have fun with land title but we believe that it’s more than just about making money and if you don’t have fun with what you are doing, then you are doing it wrong! So you will always be met with a smile and a friendly voice over the phone.

A GREEN TITLE COMPANY? (well as much as possible, ha) We make every attempt to make our company as paperless and earth friendly as possible:

How?

  • We Electronically store all our files.
  • We offer borrowers a copy of their documents either by Secure Email or on a CD.
  • We are actively trying to convenience lenders to converge all paper closings into E-Closings.

Why?

  • Less paper used means more trees survive.
  • Less paper also means less overhead which means less fees for our clients.
