Can I give more than 5 stars?  I have worked with Atypical Title for a couple of years now and by far the BEST Title Company out there.  Everyone is professional and knowledgeable about all things related to Title, Closing, etc.  You name it, they will provide you an answer.  My Wife and I recently used Atypical Title for a personal transaction and it was an amazing experience.  I wouldn’t have expected anything less.  Do yourself, family, friends, partners  and neighbors a favor and USE ATYPICAL TITLE!  You will be glad you did.
